A career shaped by experience. A perspective shaped by life.

My professional life began in engineering and computing, with early roles at IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. From there, I moved into building and leading businesses, helping organisations grow, change direction and navigate difficult decisions.

Over the years, my work has taken me across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, through telecommunications, technology, energy, consulting and, more recently, AI infrastructure.

Alongside executive leadership, I pursued legal education and training. That combination of commercial experience and legal reasoning has informed my work in governance, negotiations and corporate decision-making.

I have founded and led businesses, worked with investors and boards, and experienced both the excitement of growth and the challenges of restructuring. I have learned that progress depends on more than a sound strategy: it depends on judgement, trust and the people who make things happen.

Why Continuity?

Continuity is a space to look beyond job titles and milestones: to reflect on leadership, change, relationships and the lessons that stay with us. The more experience I gain, the more interested I become in the questions it raises.
